Privacy Policy

Who we are

cookiesmi.com is the website of Cookies New Buffalo, a licensed adult-use cannabis retailer at 19001 US-12, New Buffalo, MI 49117, operated by Cookies Michigan. This page explains what the site collects, who handles it and the choices you have.

What this site collects

• Age confirmation. When you confirm you are 21 or older, your browser remembers it for 30 days in its local storage. It stays on your device and is not sent to us.
• Usage data. We use Surfside, an analytics and advertising measurement service, to count page views and link clicks and to measure time on the site. Surfside sets a cookie named "surf" to do this. See the Surfside privacy policy.
• Technical logs. Our web host (Kinsta) and our security and delivery network (Cloudflare) process your IP address, browser type and the pages you request in order to deliver the site, keep it secure and block abuse.

The site has no accounts, comments or contact forms, so it never asks for your name, email or phone number.

Online orders and Cookies Rewards

The menu, cart, checkout and Cookies Rewards sign-up are provided by Dutchie. What you enter there, such as your name, phone number, email and order details, is collected by Dutchie and shared with the store so we can prepare your order and track your rewards. Dutchie explains how it handles that information in the Dutchie privacy policy.

Maps

The Home and Visit pages show an embedded Google Map, and address links open Google Maps or Apple Maps. Google may set cookies when the map loads; see the Google privacy policy.

Your choices

• You can block or delete cookies, including Surfside's, in your browser settings. The site still works without them.
• Clearing this site's data in your browser removes the age confirmation, so you will be asked again on your next visit.
• For questions about an order or your rewards account, call the store at (269) 231-5119 or ask us in person.

Adults 21+ only

This site is for adults 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21.

Changes

If what the site collects changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
